A premissa era um sobrado com telhado com várias inclinações diferentes e vista do interior para a Piscina. O projeto contemplou Suítes com Closet e sacadas no piso superior voltadas para a Piscina. No térreo as Salas, Cozinha e Varanda Gourmet se integram à Piscina pelas grandes aberturas. A fim de melhorar o conforto ambiental usamos o poço de luz no Box da Suíte Master e na escada, aproveitando a luz e ventilação natural mesmo com a casa fechada. “Esse projeto superou todas as nossas expectativas” disse o casal.
Integrated with Leisure
The premise was a townhouse with a roof with several different slopes and a view from the inside to the Pool. The project included suites with closets and balconies on the top floor facing the pool. On the ground floor, the Rooms, Kitchen and Gourmet Balcony are integrated to the Swimming Pool through the large openings. In order to improve environmental comfort, we used the light well in the Master Suite Box and on the stairs, taking advantage of natural light and ventilation even with the house closed. “This project exceeded all our expectations” said the couple.
